Delivery Information

Orders can be made online using our brand-new website or you can call us now on 0789 4440154 and speak to one our friendly team. Live Love Bloom offers same day delivery if orders are placed before 12pm that day. There is a small delivery charge depending on the distance but please give us a call to find out more information.

We are unable to guarantee delivery times on normal orders. All orders are delivered during the working day (between 9 am and 6 pm) Funerals are the exception when we will endeavour to deliver at least one hour before the funeral time. However, if you have a specific timed delivery, we will always try our best to achieve it for you- in some cases with an extra courier charge.

If the recipient is not at home when the florist calls we will leave your order with a neighbour and post a calling card to let the recipient know where the flowers have been left. If there are no neighbours to leave you order with, a card will be posted at recipient address with the phone number of the local delivering florist for the recipient to re arrange delivery. Please give us as much information as possible when placing the order, this will help ensure the flowers get to the right person at the right time.

There is no delivery service on Sundays and bank Holidays. Mothers day is the only Sunday that we have a delivery service. Orders received for delivery on Sunday or Bank Holiday will automatically be processed for delivery on the next working day.
